ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur agency opened in January 2021 and has grown into a team of eight. I came into the role as an external hire, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong focus on building a high-performing, supportive team environment.
I’m a graduate of North Carolina State University and currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Augusta. Giving back and staying involved in the community is something I’m very passionate about.
For our team, we offer a $200 monthly health stipend, reimbursement for licensing costs, quarterly team outings, regular team lunches, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
Our office culture is fun, competitive, and driven. We regularly run contests and incentives to keep things engaging while pushing each other to achieve results. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a competitive environment, enjoys being part of a team, and is motivated to grow and succeed.
